Goaldis Community Services was set up by experienced disability professionals who specialise in challenging behaviours and mental health. We believe in equality and inclusion for everybody.

Goaldis has specialist experience in working with participants who have complex mental health needs, and in understanding the unique nature of their support needs.
We aim to provide the supports participants need to manage their mental health and to work towards their goals and, with a special touch, their dreams.

Our frontline support workforce assists participants with personal care, daily living activities, routines, independence and wellbeing. In residential support settings, team members follow individual support guidance, communicate across shifts and raise concerns through established service processes.
Personal care, meals, routines and household tasks, at each person's own pace.
Teams support residents across nine shared living homes, with 24-hour support arrangements.
Each shift passes on what the next team needs to know, so support stays consistent.
Concerns are raised and followed up through our service processes, and families are kept informed with consent.
